CERAMIC FOAM FILTER (CFF)

The Ceramic Foam Filter (CFF) is widely used in the aluminum casting industry. This filter features a multi-layered, interconnected porous structure that is simple to operate and internationally recognized for its effectiveness. The filtration mechanism of CFF allows molten aluminum to pass through the filter, during which impurities collide with and adhere to the pore walls, thereby being removed from the melt. As a result, CFF improves the cleanliness of the molten aluminum, leading to higher-quality final cast products.
